Modelling approach

For my MSc thesis, I built and evaluated LSTM and GRU models to learn reservoir release behaviour from historical inflow, storage and seasonal data.

Evaluation

I compared standard and conditioned models, tested how well they generalised to entirely unseen reservoirs, and benchmarked them against a traditional rule-based approach.
